12 Days of Christmas- Day 12

It's the last day of the hop!  It's been a blast sharing my holiday projects with you.  I hope you've been inspired!

My last project is a Thank You gift I'm giving to a friend of a friend that has helped me.  

 I made lemon sugar cookies shaped like snowflakes.

I decorated the cookies with royal icing.

I packaged my cookies in a basket bag covered with snowflakes.

I made a tag for my cookie plate.  I added brad snowflakes to one side.  The other side I stamped a banner thank you from the Stamps of Life.  Added some Paper Smooches snowflakes.

Added my tag with twine!

Image is by Sparkle Creation Rubber Stamps.  I colored my image with copic markers and added stickles to the falling snow.  I also used a snowflake embossing folder as my background paper, inking the edges with distress ink.

Today I'm showing a gift bag that I made using a plain white bag and Christmas scrapbook paper.

I cut my paper to fit the size of the bag.

I made a little gift tag, attaching with twine.

I cut a circle out of the scrap paper.  Stamped with a sentiment from The Stamps of Life.  Cut a black scallop circle.  I popped up the pattern paper onto the scallop.

I took a non Christmas image and turned it into a Christmas card.  Image is by Sparkle Creation Rubber Stamps.  I added a santa hat from Paper Smooches to the top of the Space Needle.

I didn't have the sentiment stamp I wanted to use for this card, so I made my own sentiment on the computer.

I had a blast making this card!  I clear embossed the tree, then used distress inks salty ocean and tumbled glass to add the color.  It was my first time doing this and I'll be sure to do many more in the future this way.  The tree is by Hero Arts.  The papers are Echo Park.  The Noel stamp is a $1 stamp I've had forever.  I just love how the white pops off the card.
