Scooter Chloe- Sparkle Creations Rubber Stamps
Chloe is cruizin around dropping presents off and it's not even Christmas yet! This cutie is a Sparkle Creations Rubber Stamp. I colored her with copic markers. I used a Grand Nestabilities for the cut shape. The sentiment was made on my computer.
