Welcome to My Cricut Craft Room Recipe/Baking Blog Hop! Today I'm sharing a recipe card with you. To start from the beginning, click here. If you arrived here from Wendy's blog you are right on track.
I frequently make cookie gifts. I decided to make a recipe card to go along with one of my cookie gifts. The card itself is 6x6. The background paper is by TPC Studio. The mixer, rolling pin and spatula are from the From My Kitchen Cricut cartridge. All three are cut at 2.5 inches. I used my white gel pen on the mixer to add some additional dimension. I used a border punch on the solid blue cardstock and doodled with white gel pen.
The recipe is for Snicker Surprise Cookies. These cookies are AWESOME!! It's like eating a peanut butter cookie (yum!) with a snicker in the middle! Over the years I've adapted the recipe a bit to my liking and they are always a huge hit with everyone.
Want a chance to win a bit of blog candy?? I made some gift card holders using recycled toilet paper rolls. Leave a comment by Tuesday November 22nd for your chance to win 2 Christmas gift card holders! Be sure to check back on Wednesday November 23rd to see who is the winner.
Be sure to come back tomorrow for day two of the hop. Tomorrow I'm sharing another fun card using the From My Kitchen cricut cartridge.

Great idea. When things are tight, I think it's good to come up with alternatives. Sharing a recipe along with baked goods is a great idea. Good teacher gift too.
