Welcome to Operation Write Home's Rebel Challenges for National Scrapbook Day! I'm so excited to be a part of these challenges.
Have you noticed that Owls are everywhere??!! My challenge to you is to make an Owl card....bonus points for coming up with a punny sentiment!
I've made two samples.....
The owl is from Create a Critter Cricut cartridge. The limb is from Give A Hoot Cricut cartridge. Sentiment is from My Pink Stamper.
This sentiment is from The Stamps of Life. I inked up the edges of this owl.
I can't wait to see your awesome owls!
Sheila
So cute! You're right that owls are everywhere- I even made an owl card earlier today. To honor the challenge, though, I'll make a new one to link up. Thanks for hosting a fun challenge!
ReplyDeleteThanks for hosting this fun challenge! Your owl cards are cute, and I love the sentiments :)
ReplyDeleteHi, love the challenge. I've been gone most of today, so my card won't be up until tomorrow. Thanks for hosting!
ReplyDeleteGreat cards. I love little owls.
ReplyDeleteAdorable! Love the owls-- I am going to need to dig some owls out here and get crafting :)
ReplyDeleteHi Sheila, what a fun idea for a challenge and I absolutely love your cute owls! "Who" knew a pink owl could be so darn cute? Kids will love 'em. I'm going to get my owl stamps and/or punch out!!
ReplyDeleteLove your cute owl cards with those sentiments. Can't believe I don't have an owl stamp to use...guess I could try drawing one, hm!
ReplyDeleteSo cute!! You are so right about "owls" being so in style these days and I have to admit they are pretty darn cute whether die cuts or stamps. I like that these cards are done with die-cuts and show that it doesn't have to be "stamped" to be cute. Thanks for hosting a challenge this weekend!
ReplyDeleteReally cute cards.
ReplyDeleteThanks very much for hosting this challenge. It was fun.
